Construction can be boring too?

In singapore, most of the apartments are build based on a Build-to-order scheme and i happened to visit one of the construction site for a apartment and this is what i saw...

What makes it interesting to me?

haha... the fact is that we usually hear/see the statement "Work in Progress" in construction sites to indicate that work is still progressing. Nonetheless, this board shows "Boring in progress"!
